Our Global Juneteenth Mission Statement is to celebrate African American heritage and honor the legacy of Juneteenth by creating inclusive spaces that highlight our rich history and promote cultural pride. Through empowering events, we connect communities across the globe, support the economic growth of Black-owned businesses, and inspire future generations to take pride in their identity. About the VENDOR Application

Step 1: Application

In this form, you will be requested to provide your Business Information, Additional Information, and some Picture Requirements.

Step 2: Application Review

After filling out the form, the JuneteenthNY team will be reviewing your application and get back to you through email whether the application had been approved or rejected. There are a few reasons why a vendor application might be rejected. For one, we may already have too many businesses in that same trade. Additionally, a business might go against regulatory practices for our event. This could be anything from having inappropriate signage to selling unauthorized products. Ultimately, we want to make sure that all of our vendors are in compliance with our rules and regulations so that everyone has a positive experience at our event.

Step 3: Approved and Ready to Go!

After going through the requirements, you will be good to go! All information about the event will be sent to you through email along with your order confirmation. See you at the JuneteenthNY Summit and Festival!

Step 4: Order Form

For approved applications, you will then proceed to fill up an order form where the payments will be made. The order form will let you choose how and when you'd want to participate as a vendor in the 2023 JuneteenthNY Summit and Festival.

Step 5: Order Form Confirmation

After you complete the order form, you will receive an order confirmation. You will then be instructed on what the next steps are. (Please note that all confirmed payments are generally non-refundable)

Step 6: Photo Release

Review the information on the form and sign if you agree to proceed with the application. This will allow us to capture your photos for our marketing materials and website. Before you can start selling your wares, you must ensure that you're prepared for the event. That's why we offer a Group Session with Athenia, which is designed to give you a full breakdown of your benefits as a vendor and what to expect. We'll also answer any questions that you might have and help you get the most out of your Juneteenth experience.

In this part of the process, you will be provided with a google drive where all necessary pictures and documents will be uploaded, completed, and provided. To ensure that you can access the files, *a google account is necessary. (put secondary emails)

We reserve the right to refuse a vendor for no payment and lack of engagement. In order to hold successful events as we have learned in our over 13 year of event experience, we seek small businesses that will be engaged with our platform and open to sharing with other businesses for added exposure.
