Refund Policy Waiver

Effective Immediately for All Vendor Bookings

By securing a vendor space at our event, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

🔹 No Refund Policy (Standard)

Due to the nature of our vendor packages, which include pre-event promotional services such as:

✅ Social media spotlights

✅E-blasts to our curated audience

✅Vendor highlights on event materials

✅Access to training and/or workshops

✅Digital exposure to our community and network

A significant portion of value is delivered prior to the event date. As such, all vendor fees are non-refundable once submitted.

🔹 Limited Refund Policy (Under Special Review)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

A written cancellation request is submitted at least 30 days before the event date

No promotional services have yet been rendered (no social media post, email feature, or digital promotion delivered)

If approved, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued at the organizer’s discretion.

🔹 Event Day is a Bonus

Participation in the live event is considered a bonus inclusion, not the sole value of the vendor package. Even if a vendor is unable to attend the event for any reason, no refund will be issued once promotions have been completed.

📌 Vendor Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, vendors agree to abide by this policy in full. All sales are final unless otherwise outlined in writing and approved by event organizers.
